Sainham Farm occupies a picturesque position, lying at the foot of Appuldurcombe Down and above the picture-postcard village of Godshill in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. This village is renowned for its church and pretty thatched cottages. It has a variety of teashops and restaurants, as well as a public house where meals can be enjoyed. It has a large double bedroom with an en-suite shower room at ground floor level. A staircase leads from the front door and lobby to a spacious open-plan studio where there is a comfortable sitting room with a sofa and flat screen television with Freeview and a DVD player; a dining area and a fitted kitchen which is equipped with a electric cooker, microwave, fridge, freezer and washing machine. A stable door opens out from here at first floor level onto steps which lead down to the bridle path.
There is a small garden area at the front of the cottage with a table and chairs so that meals can be enjoyed outside. There is also a lovely communal area of garden within a two-minute walk of the cottage with garden furniture. Wifi internet connection is available. There is parking space for one car at the front of the cottage. The close proximity of the cottage to the Stenbury Trail makes the cottage an ideal base for walkers.
