This cosy, coastal cottage is situated perfectly with easy access to Ventnor Town and the beach, both offering ample shops, restaurants and bars. Why not take a stroll down to the seafront and sample some of the freshest seafood on the island? Or head into the town for brunch at one of the funky cafés? This stylish property is in the ideal location for lovers of the outdoors with easy access to the stunning Isle of Wight coastal path. This famous walking route offers incredible panoramic views and is the perfect day of exploring for you and your four-legged friend. There are local pretty villages such as Godshill or Niton within 5 miles, offering thatch-lined streets in Godshill and ample cafes, shops and awarding winning pubs in both. Further afield there’s Amazon World (13miles) and Blackgang Chine (6.1miles) which are great family days out with the kids.

A couple of steps down through the front gate and through the country garden lead you to the front door. Upon entering this gorgeous cottage, you’ll find yourself in the cosy living room, complete with a wood burner and ample comfortable seating, this is the ideal place to curl up in front of the TV at the end of a long day of exploring. Heading up a small step into the well-equipped kitchen, here you’ll find everything you could possibly need for your stay along with a dining table set for four. Moving through the kitchen you’ll find a small utility area and the main bathroom which features a lovely large shower and gorgeous coastal décor. Heading upstairs you’ll find the first king-size bedroom (which can be made as twins on request), with a Smart TV and garden views, this is a great place to unwind and relax after a long day at the beach. The final room on this floor is the master double bedroom which offers stunning sea views, it’s impossible not to feel relaxed in this lovely room.

Moving back downstairs and out the back of the property, you’ll find the beautiful coastal garden offering ample garden furniture, a BBQ and a hot tub. Why not plan your day ahead with your morning coffee in the sunshine or debrief your day of adventure in the hot tub overlooking the gorgeous sea views.
