Offering cosy accommodation for six guests, this delightful retreat has been beautifully furnished and tastefully decorated, with a charming nautical theme throughout. A fantastic holiday base for exploring the Jurassic Coast and the Purbeck Hills, this light and stylish semi-detached property is situated in a peaceful cul-de-sac and was imaginatively refurbished in 2018.

The stylish lounge/diner features original folding pine doors which you can use to divide the lounge and dining room for a cosier effect. With Smart TV, comfortable seating, large bay window and a striking feature fireplace, the lounge is a wonderful space for relaxation at the end of the day. You can dine in style in the attractive dining room, and the well-equipped kitchen provides an additional breakfast area. Three charming bedrooms – all with plenty of storage space – are on the first floor. The beautiful king-size bedroom has an original feature fireplace, bay window and en-suite shower room. A feature fireplace can also be found in the delightful double bedroom, and the pretty single bedroom has an additional pull-out single bed (available on request). There's also a family bathroom with a free-standing roll-top bath and shower, and a separate shower room. The enclosed south-facing walled courtyard-style garden provides comfortable garden furniture and a BBQ, ideal for dining outdoors.

The bustling seaside town of Swanage has plenty of great places to eat and drink, as well as a stunning bay with a long sandy beach, a Victorian-era pier, the Prince Albert Gardens and a traditional promenade with a range of amusements. A steam railway runs to Corfe Castle (5 miles), with other local attractions including The Blue Pool (8 miles), Hartland Moor (7.5 miles) and Ballard Down (2 miles).

Locks on the main front door are very difficult to operate and rely on hit and miss to gain access. However once inside the property is 100% perfect - Every aspect.

This is a lovely house, well furnished, spotless and fully equipped to ensure a comfortable stay. The beds were also extremely comfortable and the area was very quiet.

The cottage is beautifully decorated and the downstairs feels very spacious. All the bed linen and towels were clean and fresh. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need to cook, prepare and serve a wide range of food and drink; although there was not really a suitable 'oven glove'. Being within walking distance of the Co-Op and tRead morehe restaurants and shops in Swanage was very convenient. Parking is problematic at times. Hide

We were first time to this property was everything you could wish for. We have visited Swanage most years for the last 40 years and have rented quite a few different properties, but this one is by far the best. It was stunning.

A very comfortable and well equipped house and garden. Convenient for buses , train and town centre . Good places to eat and nice little cinema. We enjoyed boat trips to Poole and around the coast .Parking not too much of a problem.

We chose Samphire as space and comfort are paramount to us as is location. After a few poor experiences were often nervous renting houses but neednt have been. The house is truly lovely, the decor immaculate and ambience pitch perfect. The bed linen and towels were spotless and the beds extremely comfortable. An attractively finished, comfortable, well appointed, spacious and well kept home. It was a pleasure to stay there. Also an easy walk to the town centre, beach and pier.
