Pristine townhouse in a small, gated community with direct access to a wonderful beach, perfect for children (big or small) to enjoying swimming, paddling and playing in the rock pools at low tide.

Beach Haven is within a two minute walk of the beach in the picturesque coastal village of Bembridge, on the east coast of the Isle of Wight. It is one of a small gated community of townhouse style properties called Solent Landing, with communal gardens which extend to the beach and provide direct access to the sea. The property is on the inland side of Solent Landing with glimpses of the nearby harbour from the upper rooms. There is a wonderful beach for children to enjoy swimming, paddling and playing in the sand and rock pools at low tide. The village of Bembridge has a thriving centre of restaurants and little shops offering almost everything you may need including a well-stocked farm shop, a bakers, a traditional butchers with deli counter, fish shop with lobster and crab from the harbour, chemist, florist and mini market.

This lovely coastal property has been furnished and equipped with care to provide attractive and comfortable accommodation, arranged over several split levels, with short staircases linking each level. On the ground floor there is an open plan, fitted kitchen with a gas hob, electric cooker, microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer and washing machine; a spacious dining area; a W.C. with basin. Stairs lead up to French doors which open into a sitting room with a deep corner sofa, wide screen smart television with DVD player, and a selection of games, books and DVD's.

There are then half landings leading up to three bedrooms - a spacious master bedroom with a king size bed, large smart television with DVD player, and wardrobe, plus two twin bedrooms with wardrobes and small televisions with integral DVD players. There are two almost identical bathrooms which are equipped with a bath, over head shower, basin and W.C. A travel cot and high chair can be provided. Central heating and electricity are without extra charge. All of the bedrooms have televisions and Wi-Fi internet is available.

The houses of Solent Landing, of which Beach Haven is one, are built around a beautiful central courtyard which is a communal protected spot with garden furniture provided, making it ideal for Alfresco dining. The property is accessed via electric gates which open into an area with parking. Beach Haven has an allocated parking space immediately in front of the property. On the ground floor, there is an integral garage providing a secure place to keep bicycles or outside clothing making it an ideal base for cycling, walking or water sports holidays. There are additional parking spaces on Beach Road just outside the gates.

The communal gardens which extend to the beach on the far side of Solent Landing, offer a place where visitors can relax and children can play games. Visitors can sit here and watch all the activity on the water. There is a sailing club and two sailing schools in the harbour which is home to a variety of boats including a small number of houseboats and a fish restaurant on the water. A public house which also serves food is within a few minutes walk. On the outskirts of Bembridge is a National Trust Windmill and within a 15 minute drive are the larger seaside resorts of Sandown and Ryde.

Dogs fees are charged per dog at £20.00 for up to 7 nights, £40.00 for up to 14 nights and an additional £20.00 for every week or part week thereafter.
