From the golden sands of Shanklin Beach to the beautiful chine and cliff path, there’s lots to love about Shanklin. This pretty cottage gives up to five guests a great base to see the best of it.
Apple Tree Lodge is situated within three minutes of Shanklin's golden beach where the sand gently slopes to the sea - ideal for paddling and swimming. On the sea front there is a variety of entertainment including a children's play park. It is only a two-minute walk from the lodge to the cliff path for beautiful views across Sandown Bay to the white cliff of Culver. Shanklin is a quaint resort with a collection of interesting shops and restaurants. The Old Village of Shanklin has pretty thatched cottages, tea shops and public houses, plus a beautiful chine.
The lodge has been decorated with care to provide attractive and comfortable accommodation for four people. On the ground floor there is a spacious sitting room with windows to the front and rear - furnished with comfortable sofas, a television and DVD player; a pleasant dining area by the front window which overlooks the garden; a fitted kitchen equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher, plus a breakfast area; a small utility area with a washing machine and small work top freezer; a cloakroom with W.C and basin.
Stairs lead up to two bedrooms; one double and one twin room. There is also a newly equipped, fully tiled bathroom with a bath, separate built in shower, basin and W.C.
