Featuring an idyllic multi-level garden with a summer house and large terrace, this relaxing holiday home is ideal for families or a small group looking for a tranquil place to stay which is perfect for exploring the breathtaking Dorset countryside.

Stepping into this light and inviting property, you will find the pleasant and tastefully furnished lounge which is an ideal space to unwind in with plenty of seating so you can relax with a good book or watch TV in front of the traditional wood burner. There’s an attractive dining room with a large dining table which can be turned into a pool table after dinner. The stylishly designed kitchen is a pleasure to cook in and features an additional breakfast bar area. Going upstairs, there are four light, airy and restful bedrooms – one king-size room with an en-suite shower room, a double room, a twin, and a single room with a day bed ideal for an afternoon nap. Heading outside, the beautiful large garden features a terrace where you can enjoy table tennis, a BBQ or sunbathing, and there’s a charming summer house on the raised patio.

The pretty village of Studland is just half a mile away and is known for its lovely beach, beautiful nature reserve and ferry service which can take you to Brownsea Island and Poole. Nearby landmarks and attractions include Agglestone Rock (350 metres), Ballard Down (1.5 miles) and Old Harry Rocks (1 mile). The delightful Victorian town of Swanage (3.5 miles) has plenty of great places to eat and drink, as well as a beautiful beach, promenade and pier.

The house was excellent and had just what we needed to celebrate a very special occasion even in November. It was ideal for an extended period of family get together.

Really comfortable house, tastefully decorated, well equipped. Location brilliant -up the road to the common and views of the sea. Along the road towards the shop, pub and beach there is a play park- perfect for our 7 and 5 year old grandchildren. Lovely friendly village. Bankers Arms pub nearby with cosy fire and families with digs which the childRead moreren loved. Very good local shop with excellent bread and newspapers. Swan age and the Co- op only 3 miles away. A beautifully appointed an comfortable house in a stunning location. Walking distance of superb beaches, a good shop and lovely eating venues. Fabulous walks from the doorstep. Easy driving to Swanage with all its amenities and their fantastic railway. Well placed for exploring the Jurassic coastline and Dorset, couldnt recommend it enough.

The house was beautifully decorated and furnished whilst feeling felt like a home from home. All appliances were of the best quality and the garden was perfect.
