Sleeping two guests, the one-bedroom bolthole, which has stunning sea views, is 50 metres from the beach, accessed via wooden steps and a path. Here you can swim, bask on the sand and take in the sweeping, coastal vistas. Stroll 0.5 miles into the centre of town, with its spectrum of shops, cafes and restaurants. Drive three miles from the apartment to spend time at scenic Studland Bay.
Climb up to the first floor of the building to enter your apartment. The heart of this holiday home is an open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner, with glass patio doors on to a balcony that pull the view right into the room. One side of the room is fitted out with kitchen units and appliances so you can prepare homecooked meals during your stay, and there is a table for romantic meals for two and a sofa for relaxing on as you watch TV. The bedroom, which also has views out towards Swanage Bay, has a double bed, and the family bathroom is three steps down. There is a shared laundry, with pay washing machines and dryer, on the ground floor of the building.
Take a step up to go out on to the balcony, where you can enjoy meals in the summer and drinks as the sun sets over the sea. There are also shared grounds, with seating and steps and a path down to the beach.
