A great choice for solo travellers, friends or couples, this charming apartment is the ideal base for lazy days on the beach or getting active in the great outdoors. Perfectly positioned for exploring Swanage and its enticing surroundings, its welcoming and comfortable interior is complemented by two private outdoor spaces and off-road parking.

Access the front door of the first-floor apartment via a shared entrance and stairs, to find a compact hallway leading into your open-plan living space. Prepare meals in the bijou kitchen – which includes a microwave, dishwasher and coffee machine – and dine together at the small table before sinking into the soft seating to enjoy a show on the TV. On this level, you’ll also find the bright double bedroom, which has ample clothes storage, as well as the bathroom with a shower over the bath. A special bonus of the apartment is the mezzanine, overlooking the lounge, which is reached via a steep, open-tread, paddle staircase. Tucked under low, sloping ceilings, this comes complete with a sofa bed (available on request) and a second TV – a cosy spot for additional guests. Outside, two balconies – one accessed from the lounge, the other from the bedroom – provide sunny spaces to enjoy morning coffee, sunset drinks or quiet moments in the fresh air. You’ll have the benefit of an allocated, off-road parking space, too.

Swanage’s independent shops and variety of pubs, cafes and restaurants are less than 500 metres away, as is its gently sloping, sandy beach. Spend the day sunbathing, swimming or learning a new water sport such as paddleboarding or kayaking, go on a boat cruise or try sea fishing in the bay. If you feel like venturing out of town, Corfe Castle, the Saxon town of Wareham, Studland Bay and the Arne Nature Reserve are all within 9 miles.

Apartment was clean and well equipped for 2 people. Great location to explore the area and very convenient for buses, the steam railway and the local shops.

Just to mention that two lightbulbs over the hob need replacing. We spent an amazing holiday in this cosy warm well-equipped flat. It has many advantages: namely a designated parking space; minutes from all amenities and on the flat. We shall be back.

Ideally situated near the sea front and town but far enough away to not be bothered by noise. Great having a parking spot to use. The flat was lovely and clean with everything we needed. Surprisingly spacious with the extra room up above, though the stairs were a little daunting, especially at night, but worth the climb. It was also great to have Read morea bath rather than just a shower. Swanage had plenty to keep us busy, with beautiful walks and scrumptious place to eat. We are already planning our next visit for sometime in the future. Hide

The first floor apartment was comfortable and had on-site parking. The 'attic' room was cute, but we climbed down the ladder stairs gingerly and didn't go up again! A well equipped kitchen. P.S. take loo roll!

The apartment was very comfortable and very clean and well equipped in a lovely location close to the town and the sea front having the balconies was great too enjoy a cup of coffee in the mornings and evenings in the fresh air also having a parking space was a massive plus we will probably book again thank you

A lovely apartment which is situated within easy and flat walking to the seafront and town centre. A dedicated parking space is a real bonus.
