This delightful second floor maisonette is situated right on the beach and is ideal for a fun-filled family holiday by the sea. Local attractions are either on the doorstep or a short drive away. Swanage is a delightful seaside town with independent shops, restaurants and a Victorian pier all within a four minute walk from Seagulls view. The sandy beach is less than 100 metres away too and is perfect for family fun. Nearby attractions include former Saxon stronghold Corfe Castle (6 miles), Arne (11 miles), Studland (4 miles) and Durlston Country Park and National Nature Reserve (1 mile).

This is a fabulously well appointed apartment boasts unrivalled sea views and is stylishly furnished throughout with comfortable modern furniture  has a fresh, contemporary feel. On the ground floor is the spacious living/dining room with a huge corner sofa and large windows offering unrivalled views overlooking Swanage bay. The bright, light  kitchen has everything you need to prepare your favourite dishes or try out some of the local fare. There's a double bedroom on the first floor and a large bathroom also on the first floor. The twin bedroom in the eaves ( restricted headroom ) with velux windows on either side of the vaulted ceiling, and a full-size ensuite bathroom. 

Outside at the rear through the patio doors, you will find a lovely decked terrace with modern patio furniture, the perfect spot to relax with a cool drink in the sun

Perfect location with it being on the seafront and only a short walk to the beach, pubs and restaurants in Swanage

The location was very convenient for the beach and town centre shops. Only slight downsides were parking - you have to get expert at tucking in well and turning in small spaces, the stairs - only a problem if you are getting on in age and your family want you to carry all the bags up and down, and the proximity to bars which were a little noisy on Read moreFriday night. It is so beautifully positioned right on the sea-front with exceptional views, we swam in the sea every day, the beach has just been awarded blue flag beach of the year 2023! Only a medium-sized car, or preferably small, can, however, be manoevered into the car parking space. The property is central to facilities that Swanage offers, with uninterrupted views of the bay. The car did not move from the front parking as we used the easily accessed bus service when we travelled out of Swanage. We found that pre-booking for dining out was the norm.

Lovely clean beachfront flat, great to be able to hear and see the sea the whole time. Ideal location right in town. We worried parking outside could be a bit tight specially with a large car, but we managed it fine in the end.

We had an amazing weeks holiday at seagulls view, the apartment had an amazing view out to the sea from large windows that you could open fully or only a slight bit which made it feel very safe with our 2 year old, there was a lovely newly refurbished kitchen which has everything we needed to be able to cook comfortably for the week, the decking arRead moreea out the back is very spacious and also I loved the fact there was child safety gates on the stairs if you wanted them up which really helped. Property in unbeatable position which was highlighted by the good weather we enjoyed. Pity nobody had removed what appeared to be a decaying bird carcass on the roof below the living room window

Very well situated overlooking Swanage Bay. Its a joy to look out of the windows. Its not noisy. It has private parking. Its spacious and comfortable. It is a good base from which to explore the immediate area and Purbeck in general.
