A bright, welcoming, three-storey, terraced property, this renovated period home is perfect for a family get-away. Sleeping six guests, the three-bedroom abode is less than 0.5 miles from Swanage Beach, with its award-wining, family-friendly waters, and traditional seaside attractions. The property is also about 500 metres from the main shopping hub of the town, where you can potter in the shops and dine out in eateries. Other great places to visit include the restored Victorian pier, over 0.5 miles away, and the headland of Peveril Point, a 1-mile walk, where there are fabulous, coastal views. Head out of Swanage as well, to enjoy the glorious scenery of the Isle of Purbeck, including the beach at Studland Bay, 3.5 miles away.

Enter the property to find welcoming accommodation with a stylish yet homely ambience. The lounge has a wooden floor and comfortable seating, where you can settle in together for cosy movie nights after choosing a film on the TV or a DVD. The dining room, with its parquet floor and table to gather round, is next to the kitchen. The cottage-style kitchen, accessed by taking a step up and with cream units and wooden work surfaces, is fitted out with everything you are likely to need during your break and has doors on to the garden. Two double bedrooms and a bunk bedroom, all with blackout blinds, are on the first floor of the holiday home, together with a family bathroom. Another lounge, with an additional TV and DVD player, plus a games console, and skylight window, is on the second floor and makes a great place to escape the hustle and bustle of the house for a spell.

The sun-soaked, split-level garden at this holiday home is decked and includes areas for simply sitting out in the warmth or for dining together. There is a BBQ for cooking supper out in the fresh air on occasion.

Lovely place. Clean, comfortable and well equipped. Street parking unrestricted. Short walk to town. Pub round the corner is friendly and does good food.

Enjoyed the property so much we tried to book a second week but unable so booked another original cottage property nearby and not disappointed

We had a lovely, comfortable family holiday. The house was clean and perfectly equipped with games and books for the children to enjoy. The location is convenient for the town. We would consider booking this property again!

Note: there were no dishwasher tablets or washing tablets in the boxes, which was contrary to the folder instructions... but that is a very minor point, aside from that, very happy with the property..

house was perfect for the four of us, location is fantastic, we stay every year possible and thinking of coming again this year. Very pleased with the nice little touches. All-in-all a very happy holiday and excellent property.
