This is a beautiful apartment in a lovely location. It was comfortable and well presented on the whole. However the kitchen was not up to standard with a freezer full of someone elses food and a very poor dishwasher. It all lacked any of the welcoming touches usually found in good holiday lets.

Very clean, well stocked, great views of the sea, comfy king size bed but overall a bit dated and could do with new pillows and kitchen equipment, also a coffee machine, otherwise very good

Its really well appointed with stunning view across Swanage Bay. Feels homely and restful. Loads of good eateries and coffee shops in the town. The Leisure Centre next door in the Grand Hotel was a bonus as was the Beach Hut

We had a lovely holiday, the views from the flat are fantastic, the light in the flat and airiness is lovely. The bedrooms and living area are spacious. Parking in mid summer is not easy. The walk down to the beach is very steep, as are the hotel steps if you go that way. Having the use of a beach hut with two small children was a bonus as we didntRead more have to lug all the buckets and spades, towels etc up and down each day. There is easy access to many visitor attractions like Corfe Castle 20 mins by car or steam train, walking paths, railway. supermarkets etc 20 min walk down hill, cab fare was 4.20 back. Lovely safe clean beach. Toilets are nearby, only about 3-4 mins away, down the beach beach cafe was excellent and only a couple of minutes walk from the beach hut also the cabin a few minutes walk in the opposite direction was excellent too.
