Three steps lead up into this beautiful ground-floor apartment, where you will find a spacious and inviting lounge. A perfect space for unwinding in at the end of a great day, the refreshing lounge has plenty of comfortable seating and a TV/DVD, so you can snuggle up and enjoy a favourite movie. The fully equipped kitchen/diner is a sociable space, perfect for cooking and sharing all your favourite family meals. There are also two bright and soothing bedrooms: a twin room and the master bedroom with a double bed, as well as a relaxing bathroom. Outside, the front garden features a pretty lawn with plenty of outdoor furniture, providing a lovely outdoor space for a morning coffee or a glass or two of wine in the evening.

The apartment is ideal for exploring Shanklin, a thriving coastal town with a gorgeous beach set along a traditional seaside promenade. Attractions in the town include the beautiful Shanklin Chine, the historic Shanklin Old Village and Rylstone Gardens. The eastern end of the Isle of Wight Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty is within a mile, offering fabulous country and coastal walks to enjoy. The Victorian resort of Ventnor is also nearby (4 miles), with further attractions including Wildheart Animal Sanctuary (3.5 miles) and Blackgang Chine (10 miles).

Sea view is an excellent holiday apartment. Spacious and well equipped rooms all very clean. Could not think of any negatives or need to improve. The unexpected provision of breakfast materials and cooking supplies together with a bottle of wine was a welcome bonus. Lovely garden to sit in. Would recommend as a holiday booking to all ages.

This apartment is very stylish, clean and comfortable. The rooms are large and spacious. Modern kitchen. It has all the essentials provided. Great location, near to lift for the beach and shops/restaurants are a short walk. Theres also a single parking space. Highly recommend.

Very welcome and very friendly lots of space and it was super clean and anything you need for the week in the property and you can just sit back and relax as soon as you get there and only 5mins walking to shops our the beach and 10 mins to get the buses if need as the property is in a great location

Absolutely brilliant. Everything you could ever want. Spotlessly clean. Lovely welcome package much appreciated. Great location near the lift and five minutes walk to the Old Town to eat. The owners are lovely. The Cottage is a credit to them.

A really enjoyable week with good weather and excellent accommodation . The apartment is well furnished, well equipped and spotlessly clean. Was looking for nice accommodation, with parking and close to the beach for my son and I for a few days at end of school holidays - Seaview ticked all the boxes. The accommodation was to a very high standard, very comfortable with a lovely welcome pack. Ideal location just a few minutes walk to the lift to the beach, only 15-20 minutes walk down thRead moree road if you prefer and only 5 minutes to the shops in Shanklin.
