Escape with your loved ones to this bright and cheerful holiday home overlooking The Needles at Totland Bay – just 12.5 miles outside Newport. Sleeping four people across two bedrooms, it’s ideal for small families or groups of friends who are looking for a tranquil base to call home while they discover Isle of Wight together. Wake up and set off on an unforgettable stroll along the beaches at Totland Bay and Collwell Bay. Or head into Freshwater to take a dip in the swimming pool or to tee-off at the golf course. In the evening, come home to enjoy an al fresco dinner on your cottage’s peaceful patio.

From your private parking area, take a few steps up to your single-storey seaside retreat. Step inside and you’ll be welcomed by a stylish space where period charm combines with laid-back comfort. The light and bright kitchen area flows seamlessly into the inviting lounge area, where the coastal-themed decor and a striking wood burner beg you to sit down and relax. Share an elegant dinner at the table beside the bay window that frames magnificent views of The Needles, or head onto the rear patio and dine alfresco while you soak in the sea breeze. At the end of the day, there are two beautifully-styled bedrooms waiting for you – a splendid king-size and a generous twin - both with en-suite shower rooms. In the morning, sip your coffee on the front patio, and then set off to explore the enclosed shared grounds. Access the shoreline on foot or via the chair lift (2 miles) to enjoy unforgettable vistas across the sand cliffs to The Needles. Or head into the Yarmouth (3 miles) to lose yourself in its narrow streets, explore the castle and treat yourself to some mouthwatering seafood.

Having enjoyed many trips to the Isle of Wight, our recent visit to the Needles Cottage was without doubt our best experience and most enjoyable break to date. From the moment we parked up in the spacious parking area we were blown away by the view of the Needles, and this only got better as we approached the cottage. The cottage itself is absoluteRead morely stunning, with spacious rooms and a beautiful interior, it provided the best of facilities that leaves the guest wanting for nothing. Impeccably clean and tidy, the cottage also boasts a view that makes it difficult to find the interest to explore the rest of the island! With multiple walks on the doorstep and the famous Needles attraction, I cannot think of another location that can top this breathtaking property. The thought, communication and professionalism from the home owner was superb, and we were provided with everything to ensure the best possible experience. We cannot recommend this cottage enough. It is quite simply the perfect choice for a break on the Isle of Wight. Highly recommended! Hide
