Set over multiple levels, this three-storey property is designed to maximise sea views, with the first-floor living area and balcony offering sweeping panoramas across the Solent. The inviting lounge is complemented by a kitchen next door, complete with a dining table where guests can gather to chat about the day over a delicious meal. Three bedrooms are arranged across the ground and second floors. Upstairs, a spacious family room sleeps four, offering a king-size bed, bunk beds and its own private en-suite. The remaining two bedrooms, both king-size, share a family bathroom downstairs. Outside, you’ll find private parking for two cars and a wonderful garden space; the secure rear garden is ideal for pets and children to play safely.

This peaceful, nature-rich area offers endless opportunities for walking and cycling, including routes along the water’s edge through Freshwater (2 miles), to the iconic white cliffs at the Needles (4 miles), and into the Isle of Wight’s National Landscape coastline. Even closer, Yarmouth (1.5 miles) awaits, a charming destination known for its lively harbour, ancient church and picturesque pier. History enthusiasts will enjoy exploring Yarmouth Castle, Britain’s first ‘arrowhead’ castle, while families will love a visit to Tapnell Farm Park (4.5 miles).

We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday in this beautiful house. It's roomy, clean, comfortable and well equipped with lovely views across the Solent and just a short walk from Yarmouth.

A fantastic property in a great location. Being sailors, the views over the Solent were so relaxing. We had sunsets and great dawns every day. Watching the water change hourly is so theraputic. Great location on a walking path on the edge of the park. Add to this a sun trap in the garden and it does not get much better!
