A stylish, bright holiday home in an exceptional position in Swanage, this inviting property could be ideal for a small family with older children or two couples together. Sleeping four guests, the two-bedroom abode is right on the South West Coast Path and is a 350-metre walk from Peveril Point and 500 metres from the Victorian pier. Swanage’s main sandy beach, where you can hire kayaks, is 0.5 miles from the house, while its main shopping area, with a broad choice of eateries, is about the same distance. Plan a day trip out of town to the National Trust’s Studland Bay, 4 miles away, with its long and wilder beach, and its swathes of heathland through which you can stroll.

Let yourselves in to find this appealing property has a reverse-level design. At ground-floor level there is a WC and a utility room. The two bedrooms, a twin room, with 6’ beds that can be brought together to make a king-size if discussed at booking, and with an en-suite shower room, and a king-size bedroom, with an en-suite bathroom, are on the first floor. The second floor of the property encompasses the splendid, open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner, with its impressive sea views. Here the modern, high-gloss kitchen area has everything you need to prepare homecooked meals and there is a glass table for dining at. The lounge space has ample comfortable seating, plus a Smart TV and DVD player. Pull back the doors onto the balconies in here on warm days to bring in a cool sea breeze.

In addition to a Juliet balcony, which pulls the views right into the room, there is also a full balcony, with a glass front, where you can relax with a chilled glass of wine and look out towards the sea.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Pebbles, the property was modern and bright offering lovely views from nearly all of the windows. In particularly we loved the open plan living at the top of the property and its location. Would very much like to return.

Only complaint was the departure time. 9am is very unreasonably early particularly when expected to strip beds and take out rubbish. This is the only rental Ive ever had with such extreme request. Also differs from information placed in the accommodation.

Loved Pebbles! Location was perfect with a fabulous sea view and waking up to hear the sea lapping onto the rocks each morning. Everything we could need in the kitchen for a few meals in. Daughter, age 11, loved having the option of a king bed, her own bathroom and the endless choice of channels on the TV. Beds very comfortable. All instructions foRead morer access and the apartment very straightforward. Easy access to everything Swanage and Dorset has to offer, great beaches and lovely walks. Would highly recommend. Hide

I scored the property 4 for comfort because the two single beds were too narrow and uncomfortable. Two adults used these beds on our stay but in my opinion, it should only be advertised as a small double bed or as two single beds suitable for children. Apart from this aspect, the rest of the property was absolutely amazing!

Directions could make it clear that the Private Road No Access signs are to be ignored. Hob seemed to have a mind of it's own.
