Fantastic location with a large outside seating area, to fully appreciate the views. Exceptionally clean, comfortable and well maintained. Plenty of walks and great places to eat without the need to take the car.

Good facilities. Although if you have mobility issues, you may struggle to get your cases up the winding staircase from the doorway to the accomodation.

An excellent property which is very comfortable with an excellent view of the pier and the Bay. It provides for an easy walk into the town and all the amenities. Close to the property is Durlston Park which was full of interest.

Our first visit to this apartment and we werent disappointed! What a view! Beautiful, airy and tastefully furnished. The outside area was great too with comfortable settees.. A quiet location with very easy access to the town and its amenities. We appreciated the offer of bath robes although we didn't use them. We spent a very relaxing week at Porthole Penthouse. It was very clean. Being so close to the sea was fantastic and access to the coastal path via a gate made it even closer. A beautiful spot!

Not cheap, but ultimately you get what you pay for. Fantastic panoramic views of Swanage Bay, coastline and Pier.. Apartment is very well equipped and was very clean. Very quite at night. The car port is quite tight (we have a Mini and it was a snug fit). There is also Visitor parking on site if your car does not fit. Very close to facilities in thRead moree Town (I walked to the Steam Railway / Bus Stations and the local Co-Op supermarket in 12 minutes. Local pubs are 6 minutes away. Great position. Hide

The main attractions of this accommodation are the views and location. The flat is well equipped, although the lack of pint glasses and a bottle opener were annoying oversights. The patio area is comfortable and affords great views but it needs refreshing and the glass panels should be cleaned between lets. The top catch of the bedroom portal is miRead moressing which allows a draft and it can get quite noisy on a windy night. We had to leave early due to illness but we enjoyed our stay. Hide
