Get the whole gang together at this delightful cottage situated in the heart of the seaside town of Sandown. Sleeping eight people over four lovely bedrooms, this spacious retreat is an excellent option for families or groups of friends looking for a stylish home-away-from-home to enjoy on the Isle of Wight. Spend happy days on the golden sands of Sandown Beach, or take a stroll along the promenade to check out the traditional seaside amusement arcades and indulge in an ice cream. In the evening, come home to your smart cottage to enjoy a well-earned dip in the outdoor hot tub as you watch the stars come out.

Park your car in your parking spot (there’s room for two vehicles), and step inside this stylish home to be greeted by a bright, open-plan kitchen/dining area that’s bathed in natural light from the skylight window – the heart of the home. Make your way to the cosy living room where plush seating invites you to relax and make yourself at home. When it’s time to eat, head back to the sleek and stylish kitchen area to whip up some dinner to enjoy with your loved ones around the elegant dining table. Alternatively, step outside into the pretty garden and dine alfresco. After dinner, take a dip in the outdoor hot tub, or get everyone together in the games room, which features a foosball table and a fun retro 80s arcade game. At the end of the day, head upstairs and you’ll find four beautifully styled bedrooms – two lovely super-king-size rooms, a cheerful bunk room and a stylish master suite with an en-suite bathroom with a soaking tub and a shower. Completing the layout, you’ll find a modern family bathroom with a separate shower and bath. In the morning, kick off your day with a workout session in the cottage’s gym.

Take a beautiful stroll along the golden sands of Shanklin Beach (2.5 miles). Check out the traditional beach huts and then wander through Shanklin Chine (3 miles) – a stunning wooded gorge that boasts cascading waterfalls and lush gardens. Alternatively, set off on a nostalgic journey at the Isle of Wight Steam Railway (5 miles). Climb aboard a beautifully restored steam train and sit back to enjoy a stunning journey through the island''s picturesque landscapes.

Lovely holiday house with lots to recommend. Large, light filled house with amazing extras like the hot tub, games room, gym and play equipment for children. My 3 year old grandaughter couldn't wait to get back to the house to get on the trampoline or swing. Bedrooms were great with very comfy beds. We had a shower issue early on but the maintenancRead moree company came quickly to sort out. Location is amazing for loads of outings across the island and the local beaches are excellent, especially Sandown and Yaverland. We were sad to leave as there was so much more we could have visited on the island and we had to say goodbye to the baby seagull who was learning to fledge on the flat roof beside our bedroom. Hide

Beautiful property. Spacious, stylish, clean and comfortable. Bread, butter, tea & milk was there on our arrival. You will need a car but everything on the island is close. During our stay we had the need to contact the owner/agent via Whatsapp and they were super quick to respond and resolve our query. The property provides lots of entertainment fRead moreor both adults and kids inside & in the garden. A group of six ladies had a fabulous time celebrating a 60th birthday. Hide

The property was in a good quiet location, albeit a little further from the seafront than anticipated, plus it is uphill to get back. Overall it is an impressive house with very good outside facilities.

No 41 is so welcoming. The garden both spacious and secure for our 3 dogs. The house , again spacious and has entertainment for everyone, from gym to games room and hot tub. The beach is within easy walking distance. So peaceful and friendly wherever we went. Would definitely like to stay again.

Really spacious house, 15 min walk to beach had all you need, great selection of games to keep adults and children amused. garden was also great with lots to keep children happy.

Fantastic holiday home enjoyed by our multigenerational family. As we had such good weather we used mainly the garden and all it had to offer. The hot tub being a favourite but also the swings. The trolley for taking all our beach equipment down to the beach to set up camp was a real gem.

We really enjoyed this house and all the entertainment equipment that came with it. Perfect for children and adults alike. The beds were extremely comfortable and the house was spacious. Perfect for our needs.
