Barrington is a magical place to stay. It is well equipped, with a large private garden, fabulous views and great walks from the door. We didn't want to leave.

A lovely house in a peaceful location with the most beautiful view of the sea, and within walking distance to local beaches, Old Harrys Rocks, and Agglestone Rock, and to The Bankes pub/restaurant. The property was spotlessly clean and well equipped, and the beds extremely comfortable. Barrington is a very dog-friendly house with the garden being lRead morearge and completely secure. Importantly for us the house is predominantly carpeted which provides a safe non-slippery surface, unlike wooden floors on which our dog cant get any purchase and ends up doing the splits. The proximity to the beaches at Studland and Swanage was also a definite plus point for our Labrador who likes nothing better than cavorting around in the water. We really loved staying here, will definitely return and highly recommend Barrington! Hide

We love this area, close to Studland beach, walking to Swanage and Corfe castle or just sitting in the garden watching the views across to Poole is so relaxing. Three bedrooms is fantastic too. We have walked passed this house for over 40 years and it was fantastic to stay there, with inter generational family and dogs.

Our second weeks stay and if available next year we will definitely go again. Possibly the best view of the sea in Studland. Its located up a steep road so you need to be fit to walk from the village. Cant fault the bungalow at all. Love it.

Not luxurious but delightfully homely. Faultlessly clean, warm, with a view to die for. Excellent dog-walking on the doorstep, with no need to drive. The local beaches are a short drive, but well worth it.
