This charming former quarryman's cottage has been refurbished with character in mind. Perfectly placed for exploring Dorset, it is within 1 mile of the historic Jurassic Coast and award-winning beaches of Swanage. Sleeping up to 3 guests, this two-bedroom property is located on the outskirts of Swanage with stunning views across uninterrupted countryside. The vibrant heart of the town, with its shops, cafes, pubs and restaurants is within 1 mile. The seafront and sandy beach are also here, offering fun for all the family. Take the opportunity to head out of town too, to explore the scenic Purbeck Peninsula. Plan a day trip to Lulworth Cove, 14.5 miles away, where you can swim in the sea, snorkel and enjoy the magnificent views. Durdle Door, with its limestone arch, is 15 miles away. Poole Harbour, the second largest natural harbour in the world is less than 10 miles away. Take the chain ferry over from Studland and be amazed by the view across Poole Harbour, Sandbanks Beach and Studland Bay. Here you can explore the many islands by passenger boat or even hire a self-drive boat and go exploring on your own; keep a close eye out for the resident seals and other wildlife found in the harbour.

Stepping into the property, the airy living room is the perfect spot to relax after a day exploring with comfortable sofas and Smart TV. Up a small step is the open-plan kitchen/dining room with electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer and dishwasher, and a washing machine located in the small utility room at the rear. Outside, the rear garden is perfect to relax before you start another day's adventure on the Dorset coastline, or enjoy a spot of stargazing after the sun has set.
