A flight of stairs leads from here to the first floor where you can find the two bedrooms, both with sea views. The first is a fabulous bedroom with a king-size bed with an en-suite bathroom. A further winding set of stairs leads to the second floor and the living accommodation. There is a spacious open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner with wonderful panoramic sea views. The kitchen is well-equipped with all you need to create a filling breakfast or delicious evening meal after a day of exploring the local area. There is space to dine just opposite and a comfortable lounge area with Smart TV and wifi.

A balcony with seating leads directly from the lounge area and has fabulous sea views. The property has use of a shared garden with flower beds, lawn, benches and lovely views of the bay, which can be found next to the property.

A comfortable apartment with views over Swanage bay and in a convenient location for walking into town. We did find parking in our medium sized car a little tight. There was only one key to the property making it difficult if we wanted to go our separate ways

Haven Vista is a lovely property in a fantastic location. The views from the upstairs lounge are beautiful - both during the day and in the evening, when the lights from the town are twinkling. We would definitely stay here again.
