This delightful two-storey apartment in the popular coastal town of Swanage makes for a great base for a relaxing seaside holiday. Sleeping four, it’s ideal for families or friends and offers easy access to local attractions. Swanage Bay and the shopping district are less than half a mile away from the flat, making it an ideal location for walkers and water sports enthusiasts. The Blue Hole swimming Nature Reserve and Tearooms is 10 miles away and Studland Bay and the nearby nature reserve are 3.5 miles away. Historic Corfe Castle is 6 miles away and Bovington Tank Museum and Monkey World are both 16 miles away.

A stylish property with elegant contemporary furnishings offers a distinctly homely feel. The ground floor features an open-plan living and dining room with plush, comfortable seating in the lounge and a dining table for four – eat dinner here and then relax in this lovely place and watch the Smart TV. Seagrass was perfect for our break, the property was very clean, well presented and equipped with adequate essentials including some necessities for when you first arrive. Loved the welcome card with the Seahorse. The location was excellent for access to all of the places we wanted to visit and for longer walks, a short walk to the lovely beachfronRead moret, shops etc. The steam train to Corfe castle was within walking distance too, which enabled us to leave the car for the whole day. Excellent quality property in a good location for the Sea Front and High Street of Swanage. Also a very good base to explore Dorset.

A really wonderful little find in Swanage, its modern and well equipped little home away from home. Seagrass is located in a quiet part of town literally 5 minute walk down to the coast or 10 minutes into town. We enjoyed our stay at Sea Grass, the property was spotlessly clean and had everything you need for a relaxing break. The welcome pack was very much appreciated. The location was ideal being only a few minutes walk from both the beach and town centre.

The property is very comfortable and well equipped. It is in an excellent location in Swanage with the added benefit of providing parking right outside the property. We had a most enjoyable holiday staying there.

A lovely, clean and well equipped property. John and Christine were super helpful and ensured our stay was as good as it could be. The welcome pack was a lovely touch and it was great that the sea front was just a short walk away. Would recommend this property for a stay in wonderful Swanage.

SeaGrass was a lovely, immaculate property to call home for a week. Within walking distance to the beach and town. We had a fantastic time and will certainly look to return next year.
