Modern and bright, this inviting apartment is set along the Dorset coastline in Swanage. It is situated directly opposite the fabulous Beach Gardens 18-hole putting green, outdoor bowling green, tennis courts and a basketball court. Sleeping up to four adults, the town centre is just a 300-metre walk away. It offers plenty of independent shops including a butcher, baker and fishmonger for you to sample local produce and rustle up some tasty meals during your stay. There are also many dining options with restaurants, bistros and cafes. The bustling promenade along Swanage Beach offers plenty to do and see. Music lovers will be pleased to know that regular festivals are held here with blues and folk music. Foodies might want to visit the Fish Festival with fish stalls and live cooking demonstrations.

Enter the apartment via a flight of external steps. The first room is the modern kitchen with stylish units and plenty of worktop space. It’s equipped with everything you might need to rustle up home-cooked delights. The fabulous, bright and comfortable lounge with a smart TV includes Sky. Two fabric sofas and a table and chairs for four. The master bedroom offers a comfortable super-king-size bed which can be split into two singles when requested during booking. There are also bedside tables with lamps and an en-suite shower room. The second bedroom has a wooden double bed and beautiful sea views. Completing the apartment is the main bathroom, which offers a shower over the bath and WC.

Outside, you have a private lawned garden that’s enclosed by hedges. There’s also a lovely table and chairs to enjoy the neat outside area

The accommodation was beautifully presented, very comfortable and the kitchen was equipped to a high standard. A short walk to the beach and shops. Friendly owners.

Greysteps is a lovely apartment with beautiful views out over the sea. It is well positioned to be able to walk into Swanage and has ample parking.

Greysteps is the best accommodation in every respect in which we have spent our Swanage holidays during a period of 60 years. Our hosts have a very genuine understanding of hospitality and are so kind. The apartment is impeccably clean, well equipped and furnished and ideally located between both ends of Swanage town. We absolutely loved our stay at Greysteps. It was one of the most relaxing holidays we have enjoyed (and as we are in our 60's abd 70's that is quite a few). An absolute gem. Great location extremely clean and felt very comfortable as soon as we walked in. Met John the owner who was an absolute Gentleman. Would highly recommend greysteps as we already have to friends and family.

Greysteps is a great holiday property. Its located a few minutes from the seafront and a 10 minute stroll into town. The property was immaculate and well equipped. We were very comfortable and would recommend it.

We've had a wonderful stay at Greysteps, the apartment is beautifully presented and has everything you need for a home from home experience. The kitchen is very well equipped and had everything we needed. The lounge is cosy and welcoming and the sea view is stunning through the large window. The apartment was a great base for all our adventures.

As usual another lovely stay at Greysteps. The refurbishment is very comfortable and everything we needed for a home from home experience. Lovely clean fresh apartment in a great location, very well presented throughout, just as the photos show. Very well equipped kitchen with everything you need for a self catering holiday. We appreciated the tea , coffee, fresh milk and biscuits which we enjoyed after our long journey to Dorset a nice little touch . Hope to visit again soon.
