Based just off Swanage’s high street, this is the ideal holiday home for a coastal getaway. Swanage is a much-loved seaside town on Britain’s south coast. Its beach offers a long stretch of sand, but walkers can also head along the Jurassic coast which is equally spectacular. Swanage town centre itself has an array of independent shops, restaurants and coffee shops. The sandy beach is a favourite in the summer months, with pretty coloured beach huts and ice cream parlours. Why not hop aboard the Swanage Railway for 6 miles of scenic views or, in the summer months, head out from the pier on a coastal adventure on the paddle steamer. The iconic tourist attractions of Lulworth Cove and Corfe Castle are also both under 20 miles away and offer a fabulous day out.
