An enticing cottage, with beautifully finished accommodation, this Swanage holiday home offers style, sophistication and space for your family or friends. Sleeping six guests, the three-bedroom retreat, where pets are also welcome, is just over 0.5 miles from the heart of the town where you can browse the shops and choose between an array of eateries. The main beach, with its golden sands and opportunities for swimming and taking kayaks or pedaloes out, is 1 mile from the property, while the Victorian pier, along which you can stroll, is about the same distance. Head 2.5 miles out of town to Durlston Castle and Durlston Country Park and National Nature Reserve, with its scenic walks, and to see Anvil Point Lighthouse.

Climb a few steps up to the front path of this red-brick cottage then wander inside to discover its beautiful interior. The lounge, with its comfortable seating, has a Smart TV for family film nights, but is also a great place to escape quietly with your book for a few moments. The kitchen, which has a stone floor and central island with breakfast bar, is decorated in soft greys and opens into the sun room/diner, where you can gather around the large table for meals or watch something different on a second Smart TV. This rooms opens up on to the garden. There is also a utility room downstairs. Up on the first floor of the cottage are a twin bedroom, with zip-and-link beds that can be arranged as a king-size instead if discussed at booking, and a bunk bedroom. This room has two single bunks and a pull-out trundle bed that can sleep an extra child or teenager if necessary. The family shower room is also on this floor. A double bedroom, which has an en-suite WC, is situated within the converted attic space on the second floor of this property.

The enclosed, sunny courtyard garden is on two levels. At a lower, decked level, there is comfortable seating for relaxing in the warmth and a long table for dining at after grilling dinner on the BBQ.

Excellent house for trips away. Short walk from town so its not noisy . Great for beach and countryside/cliff walks. The accommodation is of a high standard.

The property has everything you need for a family and pets. Finished to a high standard a real home from home. Would highly recommend.
