This lovely, single-storey property close to Swanage town centre is ideal for a family looking for a restful beach holiday, a perfect base to explore the surrounding countryside and Dorset coastline. Discover Swanage, which is a delightful seaside town with a Victorian pier. Bring your buckets and spades, as the sandy beach is less than 500 metres away. Walkers can access the beautiful South West Coast Path from the beach, and the Purbeck Heritage Coast is less than a mile away.

As you enter this welcoming ground-floor apartment, you'll discover a colour scheme and decor reflecting the beautiful seaside location and an elegant interior with superb attention to detail, creating a warm home-from-home ambience. The open-plan kitchen, dining and living area is perfect for spending time together and relaxing. The living area is light and airy and is the heart of the retreat, with comfortable seating, a TV and doors leading out onto the shared lawn. There are many famous local attractions nearby for all ages to enjoy. Step back in time at historic Corfe Castle (6 miles), or spend the day at the beach and head to the natural swimming hole at The Blue Pool (10 miles). There are miles of countryside and coastline to explore with Durlston Country Park and Nature Reserve, 2 miles away, the National Trust's Studland Bay (3 miles) with its extensive heathland and sandy beaches and Cansford Beach (8 miles) all must-visit attractions.

An excellent place to stay. The most well equipped holiday rental we have stayed in. Lots of extras provided such as body boards and chairs (we had brought our own). Great location with such easy access to the beach. We would 100% recommend it!

The position of the property was ideal as was the outside space was very welcome. Convenient for the town and its amenities. The beach equipment was very welcome.

Lovely comfortable apartment and in a quiet spot but very easy access to the beach and short walk to town. Apartment is very well equipped and couldn't ask for anymore from the accommodation. Perfect for a family holiday next to the seaside

We had a lovely stay. The flat is excellent, just a couple of personal choices that I would add/change. We would hire again if we visited Swanage again. The location is great, close to the beach and a lovely walk in to town. Good shops and restaurants, supermarket and coffee shops.

An excellent base for exploring Swanage and surrounding areas. Close enough to be able to walk into Swanage, a 15 minute walk. Good bus service to Poole and Bournemouth.
