Soak up the sea views from your elegant, curved and sheltered balcony with double doors backing onto the airy lounge. Up to four guests and one canine companion can enjoy a stay in this homely and well-presented property in the heart of Swanage in the Dorset National Landscape. Explore the surrounding clifftop trails past Old Harry Rocks, relax on the sandy beaches and visit fascinating historical landmarks.

Enter the property and find yourself in the cheerful lounge with boho-style soft furnishings and tasteful tones of yellow and blue throughout. Continue through double doors into the neutral-toned kitchen/diner to find a traditional, wooden U-shaped kitchen sitting opposite a dining table. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, wooden furnishings and a contemporary en-suite shower room. A second coastal-themed bedroom contains twin beds. Completing the interior is a family bathroom with a shower over the bath. In addition to the balcony with furniture, outside is a sheltered courtyard garden which is shared with neighbouring properties. Guests will also find private parking for one car, with additional street parking subject to availability.

Get to know your surroundings by going for a stroll around The Downs (200 metres) before heading through Prince Albert Gardens and onto the Victorian Swanage Pier (0.5 miles). Head along the seafront, past an array of seafood eateries and pubs to the sandy shores of Swanage Beachfront (0.5 miles). Hike along the South West Coast Path to The Great Globe sculpture (1 mile) or in the opposite direction to Old Harry Rocks (4 miles). Try some water sports on Knoll Beach (5 miles), which sits next to Studland and Godlingston Heath National Nature Reserve (5.5 miles) and Studland Naturist Beach (6 miles).

Well equiped appartment in a great setting, overlooking Swanage Bay. Highly recommend it and we're likely to take it again agt some point.

Very spacious apartment with small covered balcony mostly in the shade. Lovely views over the bay. At the top of steep hill but it is walkable to the town. 2nd floor apartment but has lift. Enjoyed our stay in Swanage and surrounding area. A beautiful part of the UK and amazing history.
