The bushes on the drive need cutting back, the gravel drive is not good to drive on and off, cars parked in the road make access difficult. Nice bungalow with garden. Clean and comfortable. The double bed is quite high for those of us vertically challenged to get into! 15 minute walk to the beach. Beach hut would be a plus in the summer to store beach stuff for a family. Not near facilities though. Easy to walk up onto the hills for a dog walk. We had a very relaxing week's stay.

We had a very enjoyable holiday thanks partly to exceptional weather for end September/early October. The accommodation was comfortable and well equipped with a dog friendly garden. I would rent the property again. Possible problem is the property is at the top of a steep road if anybody has mobility issues. I also appreciated that we were given Read morephone numbers in case of inquiry. Some companies have moved to apps and appear uncontactable within less than a few weeks time-frame. We did not need to phone but it's reassuring to have the option. Hide

Quiet area and secluded garden. Would benefit from some newer applicances- it seemed that was in progress but we were just a bit early for it.

Some minor things like better knives as those provided were not very sharp. TV was difficult to turn on having to press on/off button a few times. Couldn't get Netflix to work & TV wasn't a Smart TV which meant we couldn't use our Netflix, Amazon accounts etc on there but we took DVDs to watch in the evening. On the whole we had a very enjoyableRead more stay at Hillside & the owner & person we dealt with were very obliging & helpful. Hide

We thought it was very tired. Instruction were out of date, I.e. Netflix? Wi fi info incorrect, hope the gas safety certificate has been updated, one in the book was dated 2020!
