The reason behind our low score on the cleanliness is because of the following, yellow stains on pillows, filthy rug covered in dirt and dirt stain on walls and a dirty washing up bowl. We expected better on the hygiene considering the cost. Photographs taken of the conditions mention above at the start of the vacation to cover ourselves.

Good location for swanage beach and the town, quiet location as well... The car parking outside was a bit cramped so don't turn up with a big car or people carrier as parking was difficult with the small parking spaces outside.

A nice flat in a good position for the North quieter end of the beach although it meant a lot of walking to the town for shops, restaurants etc.

We have stayed twice now in this lovely flat and will be booking again. We are going to be regulars here as it is perfect for us and has everything you need for a comfortable stay.

lovely holiday we love swanage have spent many holidays there over the years, the flat was quite comfortable light and spacious and within easy reach of the town and all the ameneties.

The flat is in an amazing location next to the beach and the parking spot is a very handy bonus.

Had a lovely stay, the flat is in a great position to get to the beach, and was spacious with an excellent view. The parking space was definitely a plus, and the extras provided were also thoughtful. The beds could be updated but otherwise I couldn't fault it.
