Modern and bright, with wooden flooring throughout, this two-bedroom apartment offers an inviting home away from home. This seaside getaway is perfect for friends or families and it benefits from open-plan living for a comfortable social setting. Just over 300 metres away is Swanage Beach with a stunning sandy stretch, clear water and an entertaining promenade. The town centre is also within close reach and you have your nearest pub and shop within 500 metres. The town centre offers a selection of bistros, restaurants and cafes for you to sample local produce.

A lift brings you up to the first floor and you enter the apartment into the airy lounge/kitchen/diner. It has a sofa, leather armchair and TV in the living area, plus a small fold-down table for dining. The kitchen is equipped with two fridges –ideal for keeping your food and drinks separate – plus all the other typical appliances you would expect. The master bedroom features a wooden double bed, free-standing mirror, TV, chest of drawers and wardrobe. It also benefits from an en-suite shower room with a corner shower cubicle, heated towel rail and WC. The second bedroom has a single bed plus a pull-out single, a bedside table with a lamp, and a chest of drawers. Finally, the main bathroom offers tiled walls and a shower over the bath, plus a WC.

Whilst there is no outside space, you are just metres from the beach where you can make the most of the great outdoors.

Had a lovely stay, the flat is in a great position to get to the beach, and was spacious with an excellent view. The parking space was definitely a plus, and the extras provided were also thoughtful. The beds could be updated but otherwise I couldn't fault it.

Excellent location - just 5 minutes' walk to the North beach and 10 minutes to the start of the seafront shops and cafes etc. Very comfortable and well equipped apartment and great to have a parking space.
