Offering beautiful views over the stone rooftops and chimneys of the bustling seaside resort of Swanage, this charming fourth-floor apartment makes a fantastic holiday retreat for up to three guests. The apartment is ideally situated just 300 metres from a lovely sandy beach, with plenty of lively restaurants, friendly pubs and independent restaurants nearby. Taking a half-mile stroll east you will find a number of quieter attractions including Monkey Beach, The Downs, Peveril Point, Prince Albert Gardens and Swanage Pier. You can also take a trip by steam train to the historic village of Corfe Castle only 6 miles away. Just a mile to the south is the fabulous Durlston Country Park, home of Durlston Castle and Anvil Point Lighthouse.

On entering this bright and fresh apartment, you will find a spacious open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. The cheery lounge has plenty of space to relax in, with a handy central dining area next to the French doors, and a stylishly arranged kitchen. Wooden flooring and a neutral colour scheme are enhanced by colourful furnishings. The apartment also features a refreshing bathroom and two cosy bedrooms. The first is a charming king-size room with a window seat, and the second is a cheerful single room with a window seat and views towards the sea.

On a sunny afternoon you can head from the main living space out onto the balcony where you can sit back and relax.

Very good location to enjoy the town from, flat is very comfortable for 3 people Parking was not a problem nearby, thanks for the advice ref this to put our mind at rest, as we usually like a property with an allocated parking space

Lovely apartment. Very comfortable and accommodated 3 adults comfortably. The stairs are definitely a challenge so wouldnt be great for anyone with mobility issues. Just across from the beach and in the heart of a lovely holiday town. Would definitely recommend it to a friend.

Really nice little flat very in an ideal location in the centre of swanage. Quite noisy at night due to the pubs either side and from other flats but didnt impact negatively on the stay. Had a washing machine but no dryer so can only wash or rinse a small amount and hope for sunny enough weather to dry things out.

Stayed here many times, its so bright and sunny and in a great location. Great views and perfect location to wake up to the sunrise over the sea.

The flats location is perfect for staying Swanage, right in the middle of town. We parked on the road behind the flat with no issues. There are 45 stairs up to the top floor so beware!! For what we paid, off season, it was good value for money. However if we had paid more I would question this, the flat is a little tired around the edges and could Read moredo with a lick of paint. It is well equipped with basic requirements for a week away. Hide

The Crows Nest has everything you need, its very light and airy, plus a magical view of the sunrise over the sea, from the smaller bedroom. Also a south facing small balcony. Its a perfect little flat in a perfect little seaside town. Thanks for lending it??.

A lovely bright and airy flat. It was very clean on arrival. Exactly as advertised a in great location. We parked easily on the long stay car park above the pier and bought a 7 day ticket. The 3 of us had a super holiday here

We did not realise the property was on the 2nd floor and theres no lift! We managed but not everyone would. The property was perfectly located for exploring the area.
