Also on the seafront, pick up the South West Coast Path to head out in either direction on foot. Try the 1-mile walk from Peveril Point to Durlston Castle, looking out for dolphins as you go. Climb the stone steps up to the front path, then enter the cottage to find yourselves in a welcoming lounge, with soft seating for reclining on after your exciting excursions. There is a TV in here for watching together in the evening, plus a selection of books to choose from. The kitchen/diner is another welcoming space and has been cleverly designed to offer good space for cooking tasty meals for your party and for dining at the table. An open staircase, which is partly railed, leads up to the first floor, where there is a double bedroom, with an en-suite bathroom, and a twin bedroom, with an en-suite shower room.
Stone steps from outside the back door lead up to a decked terrace, with garden furniture, where you can bask in the sunshine and enjoy meals outside.
