Located in an outstanding beachside location, this beautiful home is the perfect destination for a coastal escape with friends or family, where a short stroll across the lawn leads directly to the sandy beach for swimming, beach sports, and boating. The house itself boasts lovely, light-filled rooms with bright white walls and pops of colourful furnishings. A boat mooring is also available for your convenience.

Upon entering, you’re greeted by a spacious hallway leading to a central day room where you can unwind and enjoy breathtaking sea views through expansive windows. Three sets of French doors open onto a decked area, perfect for al fresco dining. The kitchen features attractive handmade oak units and is fully equipped for culinary endeavours, with the adjoining utility room adding convenience. The dining area offers spectacular sea views, while the lounge is comfortably furnished with sofas and chairs. A large bay window with a window seat provides the ideal spot for watching passing yachts. The lounge also features a Smart TV and an open fire for cosy nights curled up with loved ones. You’ll find a king-size bedroom with an en-suite shower room, and a separate cloakroom on the ground floor. Upstairs, there are four spacious bedrooms. The master bedroom boasts a super-king-size bed, a TV, sea views, and an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom is another super-king-size room. The third bedroom includes a king-size and a single bed, while the fourth is a twin room. A gleaming family shower room completes this wonderful home. Outside, a garden table and chairs, BBQ, and sun loungers are provided. Steps lead down to a lawn that extends to the beach.

The charming village of Seaview offers long stretches of sandy beaches on both sides of the town. The delightful village centre, with its shops, post office, and restaurants, is a 600-metre walk away. Seaview and the nearby villages of St Helens (2.5 miles) and Bembridge (5 miles) boast several excellent dining options and plenty of pubs to keep you refreshed. Don’t miss the historic Osborne House (10 miles), Queen Victoria's former island residence, or the vibrant areas of Cowes and Ryde (4 miles), where you can soak up the maritime ambience and try your hand at various water-based activities.

• At Christmas time property will be decorated (trees, front door wreaths), with Fortnum and Mason Christmas puddings and bottles of champagne. Christmas in Seaview is magical with local church services, carols in the Holland wine bar, steaming hot chocs at Lilys and lots of fun seasonal activities at the steam railway and all the other attractions
• At New Years Eve there are lots of parties at village and island hostelries. If you decide to entertain at home, at midnight there are wonderful firework displays all along the coast from Portsmouth to the east that you see from the BB deck
• This property will be decorated for Christmas
• Arrival: 16:00 onwards
• Departure: before 10:00, unless otherwise stated in your arrival details
• 2 dogs allowed. Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week
• There is an Accidental Damage Deposit of £500 when booking at this property, however this may be waived for £55. We’ll provide more details about this when booking your holiday.
