This delightful holiday home in the pretty seaside village of Bembridge is the perfect spot for a lovely relaxing holiday. Sleeping six guests, it has a splendid bright and spacious open-plan living area, overlooking a large, suntrap garden. The beach is a 150-metre stroll away, while there are plenty of lovely village shops, pubs and eateries serving fresh-caught seafood throughout town. One dog is welcome to join you and there are exhilarating walks with coastal views to enjoy with your pet on nearby Culver Down, 2 miles away.

The ground-floor open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner is filled with light from large windows and patio doors. It is beautifully furnished in a contemporary style, with touches of vibrant colour, such as the vibrant kitchen island. The lounge area houses sumptuous sofas and a large dining table overlooking the garden. An adjoining room with a sofa bed can be used as a fourth bedroom. Upstairs are a family bathroom and three pretty bedrooms, comprising two doubles, one with a workspace, and a bunk bed. Outside, the enclosed rear garden has a large patio with dining furniture and a BBQ. A gate to the rear gives access to footpaths leading to the beach.

Enjoy a swim from Bembridge Beach or explore rockpools at low tide. Take a stroll around the harbour, a popular berth for sailing enthusiasts, and stop for a drink at one of the many cafes. Visit the RNLI lifeboat station and shop at nearby Lane End Beach and drop into Bembridge Heritage Centre to learn more about the village’s past, both within half a mile of the apartment. Take the long-distance Bembridge Trail for a tranquil scenic walk, stopping to see the National Trust’s historic Bembridge Windmill (1 mile). Built in the early 1700s, it was in use until 1913, and you can climb four floors to the top for a wonderful view.

Really enjoyed our 1 week stay at the Sunny Beach House. Owners have done a lovely job refurbing the house and it was perfect for our family of four + dog. So much light in the living space. Well equipped & comfortable - a great base for exploring the Isle of Wight.

A bright, clean and comfortable property. The kitchen was very well equipped and there was plenty of comfy seating and lovely comfortable beds. We enjoyed sitting in the well planted garden, and our dog, Ollie, loved exploring and running around in it. The position of the property was excellent, on a quiet road with beaches, a pub, beach cafe and aRead more large Co-Op only minutes away. We also discovered Sally's Riding School, again just minutes away, for a beach ride! Hide

Beautiful home in a great location. Close to Bembridge high street, with a Co-op even closer and only 6/7 minutes walk from a great pub and seafood shop. Would absolutely return if possible.

Lovely ground floor kitchen diner and good garden with lots of space and sunshine. Handy parking outside front or back doors. Street is OK (a bit noisy in the morning) and it's a 5-7 minute walk to the beach. Great local shop and pub and a good base to explore the island from. Bedrooms are sparse and small beds so not great for anyone tall/big!

The house is modern, light and recently renovated. It had two big bonuses the garden and the football table. The children loved that! And what great walks you can make on the beaches around. The small nearby grocery store had everything we needed. Loved the lOW cheeses that are sold there.

Great place to stay with lots of space to unwind - near the beach and pubs. The extension gave us that little bit more space we needed with small children - would definitely recommend :)
