Escape to a sailing and coastal-themed, three-storey townhouse with sea views from the terrace and a hot tub. Sleeping up to fourteen guests, it’s the ideal getaway for a seaside celebration. Located near the waterfront in the town of Cowes on the north coast of the Isle of Wight, you’ll be spoilt for choice when it comes to options for dining out and daytime activities.

Inside the property, there is a traditional floating staircase which runs through each floor. On the ground level, there is a king-size bedroom and a bathroom with a shower and WC and utility area. Upstairs, there is a family bathroom and two bedrooms – a king-size and a family suite with two king-size zip-and-links. On the second floor, there is a bright kitchen. There’s also a banquet room with a lounge area with comfortable sofas, a Smart TV and a small breakfast bar with coffee machine and drinks fridge aswell as a long dining table for enjoying special meals with your guests. Climb another set of stairs to reach the final floor with three more king-size zip-and-link rooms and a bathroom. Outside is a rooftop terrace with views across the sea, comfortable seating, a fire pit and a hot tub.

Situated in on the high street in Cowes, this property boasts an excellent selection of bars, cafes and restaurants nearby (within 0.5 miles). This famous sailing town is known for its affiliation with the sailing community and there are many events to enjoy, including regattas and races, which are peppered throughout the summer months. The town also boasts a golf course (1 mile), if you’ve brought your clubs with you.

  • For bookings made from 5th July 2023 onwards a 10% discount is available for 10 guests, 20% discount for 8 guests and 30% discount for 6 guests or less. A bedroom or two may be out of bounds with these low occupancy discounts
  • For bookings made from 5th July 2023 onwards if guests do not wish to use the hot tub a £200 discount is available. If guests do not wish to use the fire pit and BBQ a £50 discount is available. If guests do not wish to use the hot tub, BBQ and fire pit a £250 discount is available

  • Departure: before 10:00, unless otherwise stated in your arrival details
  • 2 dogs allowed. Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week
  • There is an Accidental Damage Deposit of £500 when booking at this property, however this may be waived for £55. We’ll provide more details about this when booking your holiday.

Seafarer's View is a great place, situated right on the high street in Cowes, with a beautiful view from the roof terrace. It is furnished to a high standard and the beds are very comfortable. There was plenty of space for 12 people, and plenty of crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils. One small issue is that the hot water can run out if people taRead moreke long showers one after the other (this only happened to us once). The owner is very friendly and helpful.
