We very much enjoyed our stay at The Lookout. It is a high quality property and well equipped. There were only four of us, plus one dog, which meant we had plenty of space. We loved Seaview, which was very peaceful in early October, with lovely beach walks. We hope to return in the future.

The Lookout at Seaview is a beautiful house, a home from home, large enough for a multi generational family. We have been lucky enough to stay here again this year and hope to return again next year. Situated a short walk from the beach with shops and restaurants close by it is the ideal holiday home for our family.

Excellent location with stunning sea views. Excellent views across the Solent with lots of ever changing views. Binoculars are a must whilst sitting on the Balcony having your morning coffee and croissant, contemplating what you are going to do for the rest of the day and where you are going to eat.

This property is accurately portrayed on the website and provided an enjoyable base for our party of six adults and a smallish dog for one week during a lovely September. Spotlessly clean and adequately furnished, it is comfortable and spacious. This is a great house, well equipped and comfortable, in a wonderful location, with beautiful views. We loved Seaview and the house is just minutes from the lovely beach and local amenities. We were a three generational family (and dog) and it was ideal for us. Would love to stay again at some point and can highly recommend it.

What a wonderful location and a lovely house, I don't think we could have done better, the upside down took a bit of getting used to, but the photos on the website of the veiw from the balcony don't do it justice, a gentle 30 min stroll along the front to the boathouse even less to the old fort, both do great food

Stayed in this property for three nights and absolutely loved it. Great position in Seaview, a lovely part of the IOW. We loved sitting in the lounge with the log burner going at night whilst watching the sea and boats go past. Had everthing you need for a relaxing break. We will definitely be back in the future.
