Close to the heart of the popular Victorian resort of Ventnor, this refreshing, attractive and welcoming townhouse provides fantastic holiday accommodation for six guests. A fabulous base for exploring the southern coast and the stunning countryside of the Isle of Wight, this spacious and tastefully furnished property is ideal for friends and families seeking a well-earned break. With a glorious beach half a mile away, the property is perfect for anyone wanting to enjoy a quiet holiday in one of the island’s most beautiful areas.

Entering this delightful, airy and cheerful cottage, you will find two coolly decorated ground-floor bedrooms: a cosy bunk bedroom and a charming double room, along with a stylish bathroom. Stairs lead down to the lower ground floor where there’s a bright and welcoming lounge with patio doors, a Smart TV and plenty of seating, providing a lovely space to sit back at the end of a wonderful day. Heading back upstairs, the first floor offers a fully equipped kitchen, and a spacious and relaxing lounge/diner with further seating, a second Smart TV and a dining table ideal for all the family to share a favourite meal. Finally, the top floor has a delightful double bedroom with an elegant en-suite bathroom and Smart TV. Outside, the enclosed rear courtyard makes a charming spot for a morning coffee as you plan the day’s activities.

At the southern tip of the island, Ventnor is known for its thriving seafront, with its pretty beach huts and traditional promenade. Attractions in and near the town include the Esplanade, the Cascade Gardens, the Haven Fishery and Ventnor Botanic Garden. The resort is known for its sunny micro-climate and is within easy reach of attractions and landmarks including St Boniface Down (1.5 miles), Blackgang Chine (6 miles), Godshill Model Village (4.5 miles) and Wildheart Animal Sanctuary (7 miles).

It was a really clean, modern property close to the centre of Ventnor. Great facilities with fast wifi and smart televisions in both living rooms and double bedrooms. It was great to arrive and find tea and coffee available, with fresh milk in the fridge. The wine and biscuits were much appreciated as well. The house is really close to the local CoRead more-op supermarket and Tesco Express is just up the road. Always lots to see and do on the Isle of Wight. Had a really lovely time, many thanks. Hide

We had a really good time there. Specially my son wont adopt new places quickly. But he loved his stay there. I already recommended the place to my friends and relatives. We will come back to stay there again soon.

This cottage was beautifully presented, comfortable and clean. It was conveniently placed in the town near to restaurants and pubs. The car park was just down the road and you can buy a weekly pass which allows you to park in other car parks for your stay. The welcome goodies were a nice touch. We loved Ventnor!

This a a wonderful house. Immaculate, beautifully decorated and with everything you need. There was a lovely touch of chocolates and wine when we arrived. The road it is on is quiet and parking in one of the car parks close by was easy . Ventnor is very hilly and whilst the beach is lovely there isnt much for children to do . However it is a short Read moredrive to Shanklin where there are more things to do. Hide

Perfect home from home. Everything about this house is wonderful. It is in a wonderful location. The house is spacious, modern, clean, very well stocked. Enough of everything for the whole week, bin liners, washing up liquid, bath towels, etc. The touches are lovely - a bottle of wine, milk and ice-creams in the freezer for any children staying at Read morethe house. A lovely house. Cleanliness was spot on.Well equipped and located. Good quality and comfortable. The Blenheim, almost next door, offers a warm welcome. A great base to explore the Isle of Wight.

Had a wonderful stay here. The house has everything you need and is very comfortable and clean. The location is great and can highly recommend the ice cream shop! Parking in the long stay car park was easy and its only a 2 minute walk from the house.

The cottage is beautiful. Everything was comfy, clean and beautifully presented and the welcome touches were very much appreciated after our journey! We wouldnt hesitate to recommend or to go back ourselves. We have three children who enjoyed a wander round the odd gift shop and didnt find the walk to and from the seafront too difficult. We had a wonderful stay. The house was spotlessly clean. The house is really quite big- its on four floors. Tastefully decorated, brilliant location near shops and very short walk to beach. Co op very close. We would stay again. Glad we chose ventnor as we felt it was the nicest place we visited whilst on the Isle of Wight. Thanks very much!

Stayed last year loved it so much booked again this year exactly the same.will be booking again can't recommend more .They had problems with the shower which they contacted me prior to arrival this was dealt with very efficiently can't recommend more.

This property was amazing. Very clean and facilities were excellent. Had to take very few items as property had all basics and things you need on holiday from towels to washing up liquid and bin liners. Very considerate and thoughtful owner. Location is very close to beach (walking distance), shops and to island attractions. Car park literally at tRead moreop of road and always spaces (weekly pass 52) and can park in any car park on island with this pass so great value. Would recommend. Great. Hide

Beautiful modern house, well equipped and spotlessly clean. Lovely rear courtyard to sit out in. The house is on four floors, so not suitable for those with mobility difficulties, but a good workout for everyone else. Very close to town centre and beach. Bus stop a couple of minutes walk away with buses to Newport or Ryde. I will definitely stay heRead morere again if I am visiting the island. Hide

Fantastic place to stay. Excellent location, easy walk to the beach and lots of nice and varied eateries. The house was large, clean and every detail well thought of. Wed definitely recommend and will likely be back soon. Ventnor is a great part of the IoW.
