Lovely location, we loved the area and quiet position and views. Property and would definitely benefit some T.L.C and some maintenance issues remedied. We appreciated the flowers and chocolates on our arrival and also the well equipped kitchen.

Arrived to a box of chocolates and fresh flowers......and a spotless house. Lots of room for everyone, lashings of hot water. An excellent family holiday weekend.

This is a beautiful cottage, in a very pretty location. The rooms are spacious and well equipped, and we loved sitting in the sunny garden. The village is also beautiful, and we loved exploring all the nearby paths to the coast. For walkers this whole area is a delight. I would love to return again to this lovely property.

Great location for family holiday, been before in 2020 as well as 2024. All good internally, garden needed tidying with overgrown brambles and damaged/decayed timber decking. Expensive compared to other local properties, but excellent location may explain that.

This was our fourth/fifth stay in this property meeting up with our sons who live in London/Midlands. It is ideal for a family gathering & we intend to go there again. There is a good pub just along the road which our sons like. Excellent property for our large family. Bedrooms/bathrooms excellent. We very much like the open plan kitchen diner/lounge & conservatory with lots of windows letting in the light. We all said we'd like to find somewhere similar for a permanent home! The third or fourth time we have stayed at Idle Hours - twice this year - says it all!

A very comfortable home-from-home which suited us very well with our four adult sons who joined us from different parts of the country - a room for everyone! Plenty of very good bathroom facilities! We stayed here about 3 or 4 years ago and everything was exactly as we remembered it, with the addition of blinds in the conservatory, which are a greaRead moret help to keep it cool in the sun.
