The Studio's open plan living space faces south and east, and is exceptionally light and airy with floor to ceiling wooden windows and French doors across one wall, and a large vaulted skylight above the sitting area.
The French doors open out onto the extensive garden which is laid to lawn and fully fenced. There are various seating areas from which to take in the breath-taking views across the Purbeck Hills and down to the sea. Garden furniture and loungers are provided along with a BBQ so guests can enjoy eating outside. Towards the bottom of the garden there are fruit trees which guests can enjoy eating in season. The garden has been kept as a great wildlife habitat with Tawny Owls badgers rabbits and pheasants being frequent visitors. Complimentary freshly laid free range hen's eggs are provided whenever available.
The kitchen has a full sized fridge-freezer, double electric oven and hob, plus a small island housing additional worktop space, sink and a dishwasher. A striking sofa and armchair are placed around a wood burning stove with an attractive mosaic panel beneath it creating a beautiful feature in the room. A pretty glass dining table and two chairs are positioned by the windows. TV with Freesat are also provided along with complimentary WiFi. Central heating and electricity are without extra charge. The bedroom has a king-size double bed, ample storage space and a built in dressing table and mirror, and the marble tiled bathroom has a bath, basin with heated mirror above, shower cubicle and WC.
