I had a really nice stay, calm and relaxing. I like the fact that it is far from roads, cars and surrounded by fields. The house is very cosy and functional. I recommend for people who want a break from a busy life.

Our 10th visit after a 3 year gap due to the pandemic. This cottage is wonderful, comfortable and cosy and in a superior position, at the end of the lane, a hide away from all the stresses of life. Lovely garden, quiet location with countryside walks adjacent to the property. It's worthwhile noting that the cottage itself is the left half of the building pictured, so is smaller than the photos appear, however the garden is very big, it's well equipped, and it is a comfortable size for a family of four.

Lovely cottage in a quiet location. Smaller than it looks in the photos so it is cosy but absolutely fine for 5 people although eating at the table in the kitchen was cramped - ideal for 4. The garden is huge and great for sitting and eating outside. Great views across the countryside and situated next to a delightful woodland.

A beautiful location overlooking fields and near a National Trust woodland. We enjoyed spotting red squirrels and rabbits in the garden. Liked the personal touch of a Christmas tree in the lounge and TV with Netflix etc. It was a bit musty and damp at times, but we were there in midwinter and opening the windows and getting the heaters on helped. Wonderful holiday. So safe for 3 ye old as nothing fussy in the house, no road outside, huge safe garden and plenty of footpaths to walk. Small airport gave added interest and chickens, owls and animals down the lane were great. For adults a lovely quiet retreat but within easy reach of everything needed

The location of Beaulieu Cottage was amazing, yes it was at the end of a track (hedge has been cut back,) up a slight incline, but being away from passing traffic and no close neighbours is what we wanted.
