Iona was very comfortable and had so many excellent facilities. A lovely peaceful location. Cottage rating: 5 Stars

This delightful detached New England style house is within a 7 minute walk of two lovely beaches - the quiet sandy Priory Bay Beach and Seagrove Bay with its variety of sand, rock pools and boating. This is a beautiful coastal area and the nearby coastpath can be followed to St Helens and onwards to Bembridge. Alternatively visitors can walk along the seafront of Seaview into Ryde – a seaside resort with a variety of traditional seaside entertainments plus swimming pool, ice rink and bowling alley. The Priory Bay Hotel with its excellent restaurant and cream teas is within a 5 minute walk and the shops and restaurants at the centre of Seaview village are within a 20 minute walk.

Iona is situated in a lane on the outskirts of Seaview. In recent years it has been architecturally redesigned to provide superb spacious accommodation for 8 people in a light and modern environment. It is centrally heated and double glazed. On the ground floor there is an attractive entrance hall which opens into a large open plan sitting room with leather sofas, a wall mounted television with Freeview; a separate lovely fitted kitchen with electric cooker and hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer, washing machine and breakfast bar; a delightful dining area, with a large table and chairs and patio doors opening on to the terrace; a second charming sitting room area with a corner sofa, TV/Freeview/DVD; a double bedroom with French doors opening into the garden and an en-suite shower room with built in shower, basin and WC; a separate cloakroom with WC with basin.
