There are sea views from the two main double bedrooms and a swimming pool in the garden. It is a spacious house with a large garden and private drive offering parking for 3 cars. Good public house for meals within a 4 minute walk. Almost direct access to the the coastal path which leads eastwards to the resort of Shanklin or westwards to Ventnor and Steep Hill Cove. Centrally heated, wood burning stove, complimentary WiFi and 'smart' television.

This wonderful property is situated on a lovely farm in beautiful countryside. It has recently been converted from a large old granary, the foundations of which date back to the 1700s. A fire in 1889 resulted in much of it being rebuilt. Redway Manor Granary has been renovated with the greatest care and wherever possible original features have been retained. There are beautiful views across the fields and nearby lakes to the downs. The sandy beaches of Sandown and Shanklin are within a 15 minute drive.

It is situated in the attractive courtyard and has marvellous open views from the rear across the fields to the downs. Stag Cottage is in one of the loveliest parts of the Island lying at the foot of Appuldurcome Down and above the picturesque village of Godshill in ‘An Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty'. Godshill can be reached by taking a pleasant stroll through the beech copse and across the fields. The village has a variety of tea shops and restaurants as well as two public houses.

There are particularly attractive walks along the course of the river Yar, to the picturesque village of Godshill and to the nearby village of Arreton which has a public house, farm shop and cafe for meals. The cottage is excellent for cyclists as there is access to a network of cycle paths directly from the farm and arrangements can be make for the storage of bikes. The sandy beaches of Sandown, Shanklin and Ventnor are all within a 15 minute drive. Ferries can be booked for you at greatly discounted prices.

This charming, Grade II listed cottage, is only a short drive from the sandy beach of Shanklin. It is peacefully situated in a quiet leafy hamlet in beautiful countryside, only 1.5 miles from the centre of the small seaside resort of Shanklin, on the east coast of the Isle of Wight. Shanklin has a lovely sandy beach which gently slopes into the water, a variety of restaurants, small shops and traditional seaside entertainments. The cottage has a lovely large sunny garden and is in a wonderful cycling and walking area. Footpaths and bridleways lead from close to the cottage to the coast at Shanklin and there is a particularly delightful walk across fields and downs to Ventnor offering panoramic views across Sandown Bay. The pretty village of Godshill is within a 5 minute drive and here there is good public house for meals, teashops and a hill top church.

Iona Cottage has ground floor accommodation and is a non smoking cottage. WiFi Internet is provided free of charge at Iona Cottage. Iona Cottage is available for weekly self catering holiday bookings from Saturday to Saturday. The normal arrival time at this holiday cottage is 15:00 and the normal departure time is 10:00. Short break weekend and midweek self catering holidays are available from 28th October 2017 to 21st December 2017, 6th January 2018 to 8th February 2018, 17th February 2018 to 22nd March 2018 and 27th October 2018 to 20th December 2018.

Iona Cottage is situated in a lovely serene part of the IOW the cottage is very spacious and comfortable equipped with everything you need.The coastal path alongside the property leads down to the sea absolutely idyllic. Iona Cottage is situated in a lovely serene part of the IOW the cottage is very spacious and comfortable equipped with everything you need.The coastal path alongside the property leads down to the sea absolutely idyllic. Specific Pet Policy for Iona Cottage

One dog welcome by agreement and the back garden is walled and gated. Pets are not permitted upstairs, on the furniture or in the bedrooms. We also ask owners not to leave dogs on their own in the cottage and not to allow them to foul the garden. Puppies and also dogs with incontinence problems are not permitted without specific agreement. Please ensure that your pet's treatment for the prevention of fleas is up to date.
