Keats House Photos
There are new photographs of Keats House and updated photos will be added throughout the year. Here are just a few of the first round of images:
Shanklin Self Catering Holidays
The sunny coastal town of Shanklin is famous for the long sandy beach, warm micro climate and attractive Old Town.
The beach is one of two distinct sandy beaches in the bay and extends from the sailing club in the North down to the cliffs in the South. There is more than a mile of sand backed for the most part by a promenade. The Northern end of the beach is more popular with families as there are attractions, cafes, restaurants and more. Towards the Southern end the beach becomes more tranquil.
Shanklin Beach can be reached from the town centre via the lift or a footpath.
Shanklin Old Town
The historic heart of Shanklin has a number of small shops and tea shops. A number of the buildings here are thatched and there is a wonderful holiday atmosphere. Shanklin Old Town is backed by the Shanklin Gardens and footpaths between the flowerbeds lead to a view over the beach.
