Yafford Mill Barn is on the quiet side of the Island, near a peaceful village and on a tucked away historic mill site. The peaceful sounds of nature are around all the time and there is lots of wildlife around the nearby mill pond. Within a short walk is the footpath onto the downs and here there are nature walks across the Island. The sea is also within walking distance.

Upper Dolcoppice is the very embodyment of a tucked away Isle of Wight cottage. It is located in a quiet rural location in its own small valley and seemingly isolated from the rest of the Island. Despite this it is within easy reach of Ventnor and Shanklin as well as the historic village of Godshill. This area is rich in wildlife and bird life.

This lovely stone cottage, with its large garden, stands beside a small stream in a hamlet on the outskirts of the village of Whitwell. The cottage is within a 10 minute drive of the south coast of the Isle of Wight where there are small beaches such as Steephill Cove and also the resort of Ventnor with its beautiful bay, restaurants and entertainments. This is a wonderful walking area with a footpath following the course of the nearby River Yar from the south coast at Niton to Bembridge on the East coast. Mill Cottage is idea for those who want the rural location but not the isolation from people because although the large rural views and quietness this cottage is actually located on the edge of a small village. Alongside the cottage there is a small brook which gives a lovely sound of gently trickling water.

Knighton Gorges occupies a wonderful position nestled in lovely East Wight countryside, in ‘An Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty’. It has uninterrupted views across the beautiful Yar Valley to the Ventnor Downs. The house offers an oasis of peace, being a detached property with its own two acres of grounds and no near neighbours. Knighton Gorges is a very popular holiday location for those wishing to escape the rush and bustle of East Isle of Wight in the summer but still be within a few minutes drive or a short cycle ride of the beaches at Sandown, Yaverland and, just beyond, Shanklin. This peaceful location is on the edge of Newchurch where there are scattered areas of woodland and there are lots of red squirrels.

Lovely farm cottage with delightful rural views across lakes to the downs beyond. The picturesque farm is in a wonderful cycling and walking area with direct access to a network of cycle paths, footpaths and bridleways, and private access to the Stenbury Trail which ultimately extends from Cowes to the coast at Ventnor. The Tennyson Trail extending to the western tip of the island is also easily reached. The cottage has been furnished and equipped with care to a high standard and offers charming accommodation in beautiful surroundings with ducks, swans and a huge variety of other wildlife including red squirrels as constant visitors. Marvel Cottage has a wonderful farm location with a view out over fields and a fishing lake. This location is near the centre of the Isle of Wight and despite being a short drive from Newport it is an extremely peaceful location. The cycle track a few hundred meters below the cottage connects you with the beaches at Shanklin and Sandown.
