Shiloh is a Grade II listed barn which has been converted into a lovely 2 bedroom, single storey, cottage. It is situated in delightful countryside between the villages of Godshill and Whitwell and is only a 5 minute drive from the coast. The seaside resort of Ventnor is 5 km away and the sandy beaches of Shankllin and Ventnor are within a 10 to 15 minute drive. This is a wonderful walking and cycling area with direct access to a network of footpaths including a wonderful walk along the River Yar which extends from its source in Niton on the south coast to Bembridge, with its beautiful wetland area in the east. The cottage has a secure fenced garden and is well equipped.

This lovely stone cottage was originally a large and ancient stone barn at Sainham Farm. It is situated in the attractive courtyard and has marvellous open views from the rear across the fields to the downs. Stag Cottage is in one of the loveliest parts of the Island lying at the foot of Appuldurcombe Down and above the picturesque village of Godshill in ‘An Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty'. Godshill can be reached by taking a pleasant stroll through the beech copse and across the fields. The village has a variety of tea shops and restaurants as well as two public houses.

This picturesque Grade II listed cottage dates back to 1676 and is attractively situated at the end of a quiet lane with a lovely ford and footpath leading to the nearby medieval castle of Carisbrooke. Located in the oldest part of Carisbrooke village which is a conservation area lying within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The castle is only 5 minutes walk away and can be glimpsed from the garden and main bedrooms. This is a wonderful walking area as within 5 minutes walk of the cottage visitors can join the famous Tennyson Trail which follows the downs westerly towards The Needles.

Delightful self catering cottage at Totland within a 12 minute walk of the sandy beaches of Colwell Bay and Totland Bay. This west side of the island is a wonderful walking area with easy access to the coastal path to The Needles and marvellous downland walks and bike rides. The centre of the small market town of Freshwater is within a 15 minute walk and this offers a good range of shops, public houses and restaurants plus a sports centre with indoor pool and a golf course with panoramic views. Romany Cottage is furnished and equipped to a high standard and an open fire in the sitting room and a wood burning stove in the dining area. These fires provide a lovely central focus in colder weather. In the warmth of summer three sets of french doors can be opened from the ground floor rooms into the garden giving the cottage a lovely open feel - the garden is a delightful protected spot to enjoy a barbecue and drinks in the sunshine.

Puckaster Cottage is a lovely cottage in an attractive courtyard within the grounds of Puckaster House . The main house is surrounded by six acres of garden with lovely lawns going down towards the sea. There are sea glimpses from some of the upper rooms of the cottage and open sea views from the larger gardens. The sea is within a 15 minute walk and there is easy access to the wonderful coastal path which extends from the village of Niton to The Needles on the western tip of the Isle of Wight. This lovely stone cottage is situated in the small rural hamlet of Bowcombe which stands between the pretty village of Shorwell and Carisbrooke with its medieval castle. The cottage offers easy access to the small bays and coves on the south west side of the Isle of Wight. Brighstone beach is within a 10 minute drive and the larger sandy beaches of Ventnor and Shanklin are within a 20 minute drive.

This lovely stone cottage dates back to the 1700’s. It is beautifully situated on the south west coast of the Island – only a two minute walk from the beach. This part of the coastline is renowned for its fossils and is completely unspoilt. Brook Green is a pretty coastal hamlet with a small group of attractive stone cottages. The pretty villages of Brook and Brighstone are nearby. The sandy coves of Colwell Bay and Totland are within a 10 – 15 minute drive. This is a wonderful walking area and visitors can walk across the Brighstone and Bowcombe downs or follow footpaths along the coast to Blackgang and The Needles.
Therles is a detached cottage which has been furnished and equipped with care in a traditional style. It is centrally heated and provides attractive, comfortable accommodation for 5 people. All heating and electricity free of charge. There is a fitted kitchen with an electric cooker, microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer and washing machine; a pleasant dining area in a conservatory style part of the kitchen; a pretty sitting room with a comfortable sofa and chairs, a television/Freeview/DVD. Also on the ground floor is a twin bedroom and a bathroom with a bath and built in shower, hand basin and W.C. An open staircase leads up to two bedrooms – a double room and a spacious single room, plus a separate W.C. A trundle bed, high chair, travel cot and stair gate can be provided. Therles Cottage has a delightful secluded garden which is fenced . Garden furniture and a barbecue are provided. The cottage overlooks fields and although it is not possible to actually see the sea from the cottage it is only a few hundred yards away. Therles Cottage is approached by a short pathway beside one of the cottages overlooking the green. Visitors can park by this pathway to bring things into the cottage and at other times can park in a nearby fenced area within a 1 minute walk. The small towns of Freshwater and Yarmouth are nearby and offer a choice of restaurants and shops. Bus service/telephone within a few minutes walk. Public house 15 minutes walk; village shop 1 ¼ miles.
