Enticing holiday cottage nestled in the Isle of Wight countryside close to Godshill and Ventnor. Sleeping six guests in comfort.

This charming stone cottage can be found in the peaceful hamlet of Roud, a delightfully rural location. It has a wonderful large garden and is only a short drive across to the seaside town of Ventnor, a great place for beaches and boating trips, or the local village of Godshill has gorgeous tea shops, public houses, restaurants and independent shops to enjoy.

With traditional country-style interiors, this cottage has maintained much of its original charm and traditional features. On entering the property, three steps lead down to a lovely dining room with a door opening into the garden. The delightful kitchen is equipped with an electric cooker and hob, microwave, dishwasher and fridge freezer. Down the hall is a separate utility area with a washing machine and tumble dryer and a shower room with WC. There’s a large sitting room with windows overlooking the lovely garden, comfortable seating, a wood burning stove and a large TV allow for cosy evenings together. It sleeps six guests between three bedrooms, there’s one double, one twin and a bunk bedroom with room for an adult on the lower bunk if required. There’s a shared bathroom with bath, shower cubicle and WC. A gate leads into a fenced front garden and there’s a large back garden with space to run around and play in the open space.

Lovely trails for walking and cycling run all over the local area. Off-road parking for one car. Additional cars may be parked in a nearby lay-by in the quiet lane.

Dogs fees are charged per dog at £20.00 for up to 7 nights, £40.00 for up to 14 nights and an additional £20.00 for every week or part week thereafter.

Please note there is a refundable £100 security deposit for this property payable closer to the start of your holiday.
