The cottage was very clean and immaculate. The hospitality was warm and welcoming. The location was very good, in a quiet turning but a short drive to the nearest amenities. It is close to Fishbourne and to Newport, so also very convenient for getting to and from places.

A beautifully restored cottage in a quiet location, right next to an antiques emporium so lovely for a browse around. The cottage is well equipped with a large comfy bed, and the summer house well positioned for sunsets and looking across the Solent to Portsmouth, I would definitely recommend for a quiet romantic break.

Pretty little cottage in peaceful surroundings. We were very comfortable and our hosts had provided everything we needed. The log fire was wonderful. The gardens were beautifully maintained and the summerhouse a nice bonus. The island didnt let us down, with sunshine on most days.

The cottage was idyllic, it was well presented with a perfect blend of old and modern furnishing and facilities. The owner visited twice first to welcome us and then on our last day to wish us farewell ( a nice touch). If you want a quaint cottage in a lovely setting Two Dores is well worth considering.

This is probably the best self-catering cottage for two that we have stayed in. there was some concern when we saw a previous comment about "dirt track" access to the property as our car is rather low.
