A wonderfully located holiday home on the west coast of the Isle of Wight, with a great selection of things to explore and experience, it’s an ideal place to stay.

Lovingly renovated by the current owner, it’s a wonderful base for all the family to stay and enjoy what there is to do on the island, even your four-legged friends will love it here. From the historic and scenic Tennyson downs to the water sports at Freshwater Bay, there is something for everyone. If it’s more of a beach day you fancy, then you are spoilt for choice with so many destinations to explore from the seaside town of Ryde to the micro-climate at Ventnor.

Enter into the open-plan lounge/diner with a smart TV, it is a fabulous space to congregate and enjoy each other’s company, gather round the table or head out onto the decking through the patio doors, this is a truly special space to enjoy that indoor/outdoor living. Cook up a storm in the kitchen complete with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, wine fridge and dishwasher. The utility room boast washing machine with further access outside through the side door. The first of the king-size zip-and-link bedrooms (which can be made into a 2ft 6 twin on request) can be found beyond the bathroom with shower over bath and WC. Head up the stairs where you will find the second of the king-size zip-and-link bedrooms (which can be made into a 2ft 6 twin on request), benefiting with views over the rear garden. The shower room with shower and WC sits opposite a specially designed drying room fitted with hanging rails and heaters. Completing the property is the super-king-size zip-and-link bedroom (which can be made into a twin on request) boasting views over the front garden with an en-suite shower and WC.

This house benefits a large enclosed rear garden, the decking with outdoor seating is the perfect place to sit out and enjoy some al fresco dining of an evening, or an early morning cup of coffee. You could even sit out and watch the festivities in the games room with air hockey table and table tennis, if you would prefer to spectate. Parking for three cars, through the gated entrance, can be found at the front of the house, with an electric car charging point.

Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week.

The owners have thought of everything you need to make staying away easy and comfortable! The property is beautifully styled, the facilities inside and outside are great and the location is excellent .

Superb house in all respects, everything you could need has been thought of. Beautifully furnished with quality fixtures & fittings. Welcomed with milk, flowers, cupcakes & prosecco. Many footpaths straight from the door, especially up to Tennyson Downs. Lovely village store just over the road, really well stocked. We would return in a flash !
