A door leads from the bedroom into a Victorian conservatory with a tiled floor, and French doors lead from here into the garden. There is a spacious bathroom with a deep Victorian bath with ball and claw feet, a built in shower, sink and W.C, plus a dressing room area with wardrobes.

The cottage has an open plan kitchen and dining area with a stunning bay window, with leaded lights and comfortable seating. There is a welcoming sitting room where visitors can relax on sofas in front of an open fire during colder weather. This room also has a flat screen television. BT Infinity Wifi connection is at no extra charge.

French doors open onto a south-facing walled garden, complete with garden furniture at the rear of the cottage. Heating and electricity are provided free of charge. There is a private, gated courtyard at the front of the cottages and two cars can be parked beside The Clock House. Shops, restaurants and a public house are within a ten-minute walk. A huge amount of space for two. The conservatory and garden were lovely places to relax when the sun shone. Lots of space to park and an easy walking distance into Ventnor although when we were there there wasnt much open.

The cottage is lovely, very pretty and well presented. The garden is lovely to sit in and its very quiet. A short walk through the park brings you onto the coastal path. The only negatives are the shower (inconsistent temperature) and sofa in lounge is not very comfortable. Overall a lovely holiday in a beautiful cottage.

My husband and I found this quaint cottage to be very c;lean, tidy and well equipped. It has a comfortable homely feeling and the bed is exceptionally comfy with a lovely feather filled duvet and pillows. It is located in a courtyard with plenty of space for parking and is right next door to Ventnor park. Ventnor Botanic Gardens is also just a shorRead moret distance down the road and is well worth a visit. There is a conservatory at the rear of the cottage which opens into a lovely walled garden.
