Langton Matravers retains a real community atmosphere with a beautiful church, its own village shop and public house. The sandy beach, shops and amusements of Swanage are less than a five-minute drive away.
This traditional stone cottage stands in a peaceful gravel lane which leads to six or seven properties. Central heating and electricity are provided without extra charge. A folding bed can be provided for an additional child by agreement.
The cottage has a beautiful fenced garden. A door opens from the kitchen onto a patio area with garden furniture, and a small number of steps lead up to a garden area where visitors can relax in the sunshine. A number of birds can be seen in the garden and there are boxes for swifts in the upper level of the cottage. There is a private parking space for one car opposite the cottage.
