This is a spectacular walking area with footpaths very close to the cottage leading to Newbridge Calbourne and to the downs above Brighstone, linking with the renowned Tennyson trail to Freshwater Bay. The golden beaches and tranquil coves of Brighstone Brook and Freshwater are all within a 10 to 15 minute drive. The market town of Newport and Carisbrooke Castle are also within a ten-minute drive.
Sweetwater Lodge provides attractive accommodation, furnished and equipped with care. It has a hexagonal shaped fitted kitchen equipped with an electric cooker and hob, microwave, slim line dishwasher, fridge freezer and washing machine; a spacious open plan sitting room with comfortable sofas, flat screen television/Freeview/DVD player; a dining area beside a window; a double bedroom with fitted wardrobes and two windows overlooking the garden; a twin bedroom; a spacious bathroom with a bath, overhead shower, basin and W.C. A bus service is not available nearby.
