This beautifully decorated and tastefully furnished holiday home is within easy reach of this vibrant town’s many attractions, with the golden sandy beach and a range of great restaurants, pubs and independent shops close by.

Three steps lead up into this beautiful ground-floor apartment, where you will find a spacious and inviting lounge. A perfect space for unwinding in at the end of a great day, the refreshing lounge has plenty of comfortable seating and a TV/DVD, so you can snuggle up and enjoy a favourite movie. The fully equipped kitchen/diner is a sociable space, perfect for cooking and sharing all your favourite family meals. There are also two bright and soothing bedrooms: a twin room and the master bedroom with a double bed, as well as a relaxing bathroom. Outside, the front garden features a pretty lawn with plenty of outdoor furniture, providing a lovely outdoor space for a morning coffee or a glass or two of wine in the evening.

The apartment is ideal for exploring Shanklin, a thriving coastal town with a gorgeous beach set along a traditional seaside promenade. Attractions in the town include the beautiful Shanklin Chine, the historic Shanklin Old Village and Rylstone Gardens. The eastern end of the Isle of Wight Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty is within a mile, offering fabulous country and coastal walks to enjoy. The Victorian resort of Ventnor is also nearby (4 miles), with further attractions including Wildheart Animal Sanctuary (3.5 miles) and Blackgang Chine (10 miles).

We felt at home immediately at the cottage, which has a nice atmosphere and garden as well. The cottage is fully equipped; you can really notice the owners made an effort to let their guests feel at home. They also surprised us with some nice extra's after a long journey. Excellent spotlessly clean apartment with everything provided. The property is extremely well situated within 200m of the lift that takes one down to the front. As members of our local constitutional club we were able to visit the Shanklin Conservative Club just near the high street...excellent! Seaview is an ideal location for Shanklin. The apartment was spotlessly clean and very well equipped. The owners have gone to a lot of trouble to make the stay ideal.

The property was clean, spacious, warm, comfortable and well equipped. There was a welcome pack that was very greatly received which included bits and pieces that you dont usually get with a rental property. The owner was very friendly.

We had the most fabulous stay in Shanklin, the place was absolutely spotlessly clean and there was everything you could think of. We were also left a lovely hamper and bottle of wine which was such a lovely touch. The views from the garden give a glimpse of the sea and there were so many places nearby to eat and walk to. I stayed at Seaview in Shanklin. It was the cleanest house I've ever stayed in. There was a very generous welcome pack when we arrived and everything in the apartment that we could possibly need.
